Recommended Wine Pairing: Shiraz
Ingredients2 whole wheat tortillas
2 slices Jarlsberg©*
4 pieces of cooked crumbled bacon
1 cup fresh salsa
Directions1. Layer 1 slice of Jarlsberg©, crumbled bacon and generous tablespoon of fresh salsa on half of each tortilla; fold the other half over and press down.
2. Warm tortillas in a medium-hot dry pan for about one minute on each side.
3. Cut each tortilla in half and serve with fresh salsa.
