I have always viewed both food and wine as a crucial part of my life. Growing up, sitting down to dinner and watching my parents enjoy the pairing of good food and wine was something I always admired. Who knew these family dinners would leadme to my current career? I love being a chef and being part of my family's wine business. Matching these two loves in this cookbook is a dream come true!
